Sensorium — Multilingual Editorial Journal & CMS
A multilingual editorial platform combining photography, video, writing and a custom publishing system. Sensemanufacture created the site architecture, visual direction, CMS, media integration and multilingual tag structure to support an evolving journal of observation, memory and everyday experience.

Sensorium was conceived as more than a conventional blog: a digital journal where photographs, video, writing and small observations can coexist within a coherent editorial environment.
Sensemanufacture developed the website architecture, interface and visual direction, and created a dedicated CMS allowing new entries, images, videos and multilingual content to be published and organised directly from the admin area.
Photography and video form an integral part of the project. Much of the visual material was created specifically for Sensorium and is treated as part of the narrative rather than as illustration added afterward.
A custom multilingual tag system was developed to connect entries across recurring themes and ideas. The taxonomy was designed to remain stable over time, making it possible to discover relationships between texts, images, observations and subjects without reducing the journal to chronological browsing alone.
The project also included multilingual structure, media handling, privacy-conscious external video loading, search-engine visibility and an editorial system designed for continuous long-term publishing.
The result is an evolving visual and textual archive in which the technology remains discreet while supporting the character, rhythm and associative nature of the content.
