Terms of Service

These terms describe the general framework of the services offered by Sensemanufacture (Marijana JERICEVIC): websites, photography, video, design and communication.

No sale is concluded automatically through this website. Every service is commissioned manually, after a direct conversation, and is subject to an individual quotation.

Work begins once the client has accepted the quote in writing. Scope, schedule and payment conditions are set out in each quote.

Prices are established on request, based on the scope of the project. No fixed prices are published on this site.

VAT status: TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI.

Usage rights for deliverables (images, texts, graphic elements, code) are defined in the accepted quote.

Services are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be addressed through an amicable solution.
